Violets aren't blue?‍

or write multiple versions of
Fuck off I'm better without you
‍in indelible angry red biro?

or draw ornate hearts and birds
surrounded by flowers,
then tear them up into a scatter of confetti,

stick them back into something
unrecognisable, mail it
to our home address?

maybe the pattern
will surprise us,
the heart be a little harder to find?
